Interstate Purchases/Quotes
To purchase a product outside of Victoria, an order must be made via online, orders/quotes for a customer outside of Victoria cannot be taken over the phone.
All purchases/quotes to interstate customers can only be stocked items, anything that is not a stocked item & ordered online will be cancelled & either Credit Card Details or a BSB & Account Number will be requested for to make a refund if paid for.

Custom Glass
Send us an email at ([email protected]) including your company name if you have a registered trade account with us, a phone number if we need to contact you, a detailed drawing of the piece(s) of glass, and the type of glass and our team will get back to you within 24 hours.
Please note that any custom glass will only be ordered once it is paid for in full.
Registering Online
When you register a trade account with us you will automatically receive a membership status which is monitored based on your monthly spend. The more you spend the higher the status.The higher the status, the greater the discount you receive across our entire range of products. This discount is automatically applied once you login to our site.
If an account is registered not under a trade business the account registration will be rejected & no discount will be applied.
Please note that customer registrations take up to 24 hours to be verified.
